Don’t miss these crucial tax deadlines for your business:

📄 PAYG Withholding
Lodgment for PAYG withholding where ABN not quoted: Report amounts withheld from entities that didn't provide an ABN (label W4 on activity statements).
PAYG withholding from interest, dividends & royalties paid to non-residents: Report payments and amounts withheld (label W3 on activity statements).
PAYG withholding annual report – payments to foreign residents: For payments to foreign residents for entertainment, construction, or casino-related activities (label W3 on activity statements).

💼 GST
Annual GST return or information report due when your income tax return is due (if required).
If you use a tax agent, different dates may apply.

📑 Income Tax
Final date for lodging individual, partnership, and trust income tax returns (unless extensions apply).
Trusts or companies with overdue returns from the previous year also have their lodgment due.

📋 TFN Report
Quarter 1 (July–September): TFN report for closely held trusts – final lodgment date.

💸 Annual Investment Income Reporting (AIIR)
Final date for lodgment of the AIIR for all investment bodies.

Final date to elect GST by instalments for June balancers (option 3) or opt-out of this option.
Quarter 1 Instalments: Final date for payment or variation of instalment amount.
Final date for quarterly GST reporters to elect to report GST annually.

Final date to elect annual reporting for June balancers.
Notify your reporting and payment choice for the 2023 income year.

💸 Superannuation
Due date for Super Guarantee (SG) contributions for Quarter 1.
Ensure payments are received by the super fund by this date. Late payments may result in the Super Guarantee Charge (SGC), which is not tax deductible.
